Inšpektor je zaustavil dela in zahteval pridobitev soglasja. Bralec nas je obvestil, da se je občinski inšpektor mudil v okolici Mirne, kjer naj bi zaustavil neka gradbena dela. Preverili smo informacijo in od inšpektorja Vinka Ribiča dobili sledeče pojasnilo: »Dne 23. februarja 2010 sem opravil ogled na lokalni cesti Gradišče – Debenec (v Blatnem Klancu), kjer so delavci izvajali spravilo lesa iz gozda. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da izvajalec del nima potrebnih soglasij za delo ob občinski cesti (Odlok o občinskih cestah (34. člen). Zaradi neposredne ogroženosti občinske ceste in varnosti prometa ter udeležencev v cestnem prometu je bilo izvajalcu del začasno prepovedal dela ob (in na) občinski cesti. Izvajalcu pa naložil, da TAKOJ pridobi vsa potrebna soglasja, katere predvideva Odlok o občinskih cestah. Ravno tako je bilo koncesionarju – vzdrževalcu cest naloženo, da ustrezno zavaruje vozišče in poskrbi za normalno prevoznost.«
